It is with this spirit of Hebridean hospitality in mind that we launch The Guest House Series, opening our doors to host some of our favourite distilleries, and inviting you to pull up a chair by the fire.

With heather honey and fresh brioche on the nose and the tantalising suggestion of peat smoke on the horizon. On the palate a sweet and floral start opens into well rounded flavours of newly stewed winter fruits with a slight cinnamon spice. A lingering and fragrant note of well integrated peat completes the soft, smooth journey from nose to finish.
