About this experience

Join us at Nunton Steadings Visitor Centre as we embark on our exciting whisky journey.  

You will enjoy a guided tour of the production hall, visitor centre and cask room and  meet our friendly distillery team.  

Along the way you will learn the rich history of the steadings building and North Uist Distillery.

Then through to the tasting room to enjoy a 5ml sample of our new make spirit and learn about the production and flavour profile.  We will then guide you through 3 x 25ml serves from our neighbouring distilleries who join us on the Hebridean Whisky Trail. 

• Adult Tasting: A 5ml sample of our new make spirit, 3 x 25ml measures of 3 whiskies from the Hebridean Whisky Trail. 


• Adult Driving: Non drinkers can still enjoy the experience and take home each dram, bottles will be provided.


• Children are welcome - please call 01870 603792 to book spaces for children to allow us to add in extra seating.   


• Unfortunately, we cannot accept dogs on our tours & tastings. 


• Please note that we require a minimum of four people to run a tasting. If we don't meet this minimum, we will get in touch to rearrange or organise an informal sampling at the bar. 


• Each ticket comes with a £5 voucher off for any 70cl bottle of Downpour Gin purchased that day.
