5ml Maraschino Liqueur
25ml Grapefruit
20ml Lemon
15ml Rosemary Syrup
Garnish : Kaffir Dust

EASY SQUEEZY
35ml Downpour Scottish Dry Gin
25ml Grapefruit
20ml Lemon
1 Tablespoon of Honey
Sprig of Rosemary

METHOD
Shake all the ingredients with ice in
a cocktail shaker including the fresh
rosemary. Strain into a chilled glass.
Top with tonic (optional).

20ml Fino Sherry
15ml Lime
10ml Orange Oleo
Top with Tonic

A Few Segments of Orange
1 Tablespoon of Agave Syrup
Fresh Mint

METHOD : EXPERT
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled glass.

Muddle the orange in a glass.
Stir in the other ingredients.

METHOD
Shake all of the ingredients (include the
fresh berries for the Easy Squeezy) along
with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into a
chilled glass. Top with tonic (optional).

10ml Suze
20ml Dry Vermouth
25ml Lime
20ml Fresh Orange Juice
15ml Ginger Syrup
Egg Whites
Garnish : Strawberry Gum Powder

40ml Downpour Scottish Dry Gin
25ml Lime
20ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
A Few Slices of Fresh Ginger
Egg Whites

METHOD
Shake all of the ingredients without
ice to begin with (dry shake) allowing
the egg whites to fully mix into the other
ingredients. Next add the ice and shake
altogether to froth the egg whites.
Strain into a chilled glass.

10ml Lychee Syrup
Citric Acid Solution
Garnish : Pandan Leaf

1-2 Crushed Cardamon Pods
1 Sprig of Lemongrass for Stirring

METHOD
Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Top with ginger ale (optional).
