No trip to the mainland would be complete without a gin tasting or two. We were made to feel very welcome in Glasgow, meeting some new friends and introducing much needed island flavour to some wet winter afternoons. Thanks to everyone who said hello at the tastings at Curious Liquids and Cranachan & Crowdie - with a special mention to Morag - a lovely customer who lives in Glasgow. Her son lives in Uist and she even wrote us a Christmas card which made us very happy.
