The amazing Mike, head chef at Langass Lodge in North Uist, has been creating some tasty gin infused dishes using Downpour Gin.
From the mouth watering Halibut ceviche cured in North Uist Gin & lemon with pomegranate and rocket salad to our personal favourite, the exceedingly soft and tasty Downpour and Tonic Marshmallow with Lemon and Rosemary.
We love seeing Downpour Gin being used in such creative ways, and as we're all about the flavour we can highly recommend any food with gin in it.
