Earlier this week we popped out a post on social media with a rather odd question... would you like our left overs. Sadly we weren't offering free gin, but offering folk the chance to take some of our used botanicals to use as compost. Having trialed it last year, my mum confirmed that it did indeed do the job, and was pretty posh compost with a smell that reminded us of gingerbread and Christmas cake (weird I know... but it really does!). 

We didn't think there would be too much interest - how wrong we were. Not only did we clear out all of this fancy compost in a speedy fashion, we now have a wait list for future batches and we'll be rewarding these pioneering garden adventurers throughout the year.
