A huge thank you goes out to all of the total legends who responded to our recent call out where we brought back the trusty barter system - swapping gin for wild island heather. We were blown away with the response, with lots of thirsty islanders getting out and about and braving the midges to harvest some heather. This natural botanical adds some honey sweetness to Downpour Gin - with the freshly picked heather flowers frozen to keep the freshness in, while preserving the lovely pink and purple colours.
