While it's the opinions of our customers that we hold dear to our hearts, it's always nice to get a little recognition from the industry too! And this season has been a fantastic one here at North Uist Distillery, as Downpour has been awarded a series of shiny medals and placed on some of the most exciting shortlists in Scottish gin! 

Downpour Scottish Dry was awarded a Master in the Global Gin Masters awards, while Downpour Sloe and Bramble took Gold. The Great Taste Awards gave Downpour Scottish Dry two stars, and one each for Downpour Sloe and Bramble and our ready made Downpour Oak Aged Negroni. 

We were awarded Bronze by the Scottish Gin Cooperative for product design with our brand new bottle, and have been shortlisted in no less than six categories by The Scottish Gin Awards (winners to be announced in November). 

We think all of these are worth raising a glass to, don't you? Slàinte!
